We are easy people. If anything goes wrong with your shopping experience, we'll try to fix it, not hide behind legal stuff. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
We accept all major credit cards through our payment partner PayPal. You may of course also use your PayPal account if you have one. Via PayPal's secure payment platform your card and transaction details are protected by their industry leading technologies (such as SSL). Read more about PayPal's secure payments at PayPal.com or direct link here. 9 times out of 10 your card will be charged at the time of your purchase, however some cards may need an extra day.
We will send you a confirmation email when the transaction goes through. Should it not arrive a good first step is to check your spam folder. If you cannot find it, please email us at and we'll sort things out. If your payment does not go through, please check your balance on the account or make sure your card is activated for online purchases.
TAXES & FEES
Swedish sales tax of 25% (yeah, we know) is already included in the listed price. There will be no other charges added to your transaction other than shipping fees as specified above. However, orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to local VAT, import duties or taxes, which MAY be added to your cost as the shipment reaches local customs. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to predict if or what may be charged as local regulation varies. Please contact your local customs office for information.
DELIVERY
We use FedEx as our partner for all deliveries. They do a good job. We normally send out your order the next business day from Stockholm, which means you'll have your garments 3-7 days after placing the order, depending on your location. Items in high demand may sometimes take a little longer - if that or anything else out of the ordernary happens, we'll email you. Express over-night delivery is currently not available but we're working on it. Delivery charges will be added to your transcation at checkout, for Europe €12, for US and the rest of the world €14.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We guarantee easy returns and refunds even though it will break our hearts a little if you're not happy with the garment. To minimize risk of fit issues, you can have a look at our size guide, here. Colours on the product pages should match the real garment pretty accurately, but minor variations may occur depending on screens and monitor settings. Should you, for whatever reason, wish to return an item you can do so within 14 days of purchase. If later, within reason, is ok too.
The garment will of course need to be unused and unworn, and should be kept in the original packaging with all of its labelling as they were. You are responsible for the postage for returns and can of course use the carrier of your choice. (Should the item be damaged on delivery, not be the size you ordered or otherwise be faulty, we will of course cover the return postage.) If you paid using a credit/debit card the refund will be transferred to that same card.
Please note that it can take up to 30 days to receive your refund depending on your credit card company policies. You need to complete our returns form and include it in the package (download the form here).

If a package is damaged or lost during transport between the customer and Millkeeper you must let our customer service know within 14 days. If products are damaged or missing when making an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the full payment.

Millkeeper hopes you won't, but if you for whatever reason should wish to return an item you can do so within 14 days of purchase (the date of the credit card transaction). UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Any unclaimed packages will be treated as a return. Should you not claim your package at you destination in time, Millkeeper will refund you the original amount. We reserve the right to deduct charges for return postage incurred before we execute the refund.
PRIVACY POLICY
Millkeeper does not store any payment information or other personal information in our data base. Should you wish to hear from us on a regular basis we'd love it if you sign up to the Newsletter. But that is you choice, as it should be. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Millkeeper reserves the right to delay or cancel any order if fraud is suspected.
TRADEMARK
The Millkeeper name and logo are the property of the Millkeeper company. The use of Millkeeper.com or purchases of Millkeeper products does not grant the right to use our brand name or logo for any commercial purpose.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of Force Majeure, Millkeeper obligations should be considered suspended. The contract between you and Millkeeper can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Millkeeper. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. However, even then Millkeeper are reasonable humans and will under such circumstances do all we can to proceed and solve any problems at hand in a timely manner.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are created in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
